Ms. Rosanne Adelizio, 77, died on January 28, 2020 in Cedar Grove. A funeral mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 32 Lakeside Ave., Verona on Saturday, February 1 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Orange.
Born in Orange, Ms. Adelizio grew up in West Orange and lived in Newark and Little Falls before moving to Verona 20 years ago.
She earned an associate’s degree from Berkeley Secretarial School and worked as a legal secretary for 16 years until she joined Bloomingdales in Short Hills as a sales associate. She retired in 2018 after 30 years.
Ms. Adelizio was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church.
She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Elsie (nee D’Ambrosio) Adelizio.
Ms. Adelizio is survived by her cousins Beverly Santus (Lewis), Dr. Richard Carpentieri (Charlene), Rosemarie Martelli, Mark Mauriello, Alberta Mauriello, John Adelizio, Peggy McOwan, Ann Jacobs, Albert Adelizio and Paul Poliseno.
