Mr. Thomas Tenore, 80, died on January 30, 2018 in Cedar Grove. Services will be held in the First Presbyterian Church of Verona, 10 Fairview Avenue, Verona on Thursday, February 1 at 4 p.m.
Born in Newark, Mr. Tenore lived in Verona for 40 years prior to moving to Woodland Park in 2007. Mr. Tenore was a data analyst for the Prudential Insurance Co. in Roseland for 42 years prior to retiring in 2006.
Active in the First Presbyterian Church of Verona, he served as treasurer, deacon and on many various committees over the years.
He was predeceased by his son, Ronald, in 2015 and is survived by his wife, Dalyce Tenore, his children, Laura Davis (Daniel), Glenn Tenore (Christine), Valerie Gauthier (Dave) and his grandchildren, Emma, Molly, Nicky, Abby, Jake and Sophie. He is also survived by his siblings, Michael Tenore and Concetta Pietras.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation would be appreciated.
